I think my hopes were too high!!!
My budgies moderately open minded with their food preferences (as far as budgies go anyhow) they definitely do have their preferences!!! I tried to mix just a tiny bit of this into their pellets (they LOVE their pellets) but they were so offended they ignored their pellets for a full 24 hours eating only their fresh mix. When they started searching for discarded floor pellets I figured it was time to cut our losses and forget about the dry mix. 3/5 because the mixture LOOKS amazing, and I am grateful for the try me size!!!! But my budgies (as usual) had their own plans/ideas.
